Confluence Advises Garrett Container in its sale to Albers Aerospace

Confluence Advisors, LLC (“Confluence”) served as the exclusive advisor to Garrett Container Systems, Inc. (“GCS”) with respect to its sale to Unmanned Systems, Inc. (d/b/a Albers Aerospace) (“Albers”). GCS will keep its operations in Accident, Maryland and operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Albers.

GCS manufactures highly engineered, mission critical container systems for the transportation and storage of armaments for the defense industry and commercial applications. The products are an essential component in the procurement of cutting-edge missiles and meet the vital long-term defense needs of the United States.

Don Morin, President and Founder of GCS shared, “Confluence has been a long-time trusted advisor to Garrett Container, and they advised me every step of the way. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the hard work the team provided during our relationship. I would not have had such a successful result without their support, knowledge and process.”

“Garrett Container Systems is a natural addition to the growing Albers Aerospace family of companies that exist to serve the warfighter and bring essential capability to bear for our nation,” said John Albers, CEO of Albers Aerospace.

Albers Aerospace is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business focused on providing engineering, aviation and manufacturing support services to government and defense customers.
