Confluence Advisors, LLC (“Confluence”) served as the exclusive advisor to Disaster Restoration Services, Inc. (“DRS”) with respect to its sale to 360 Fire & Flood, LLC, a portfolio company of Tenex Capital Management, LP. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Trafford, Pennsylvania, with an additional location in Carnegie, DRS is a full-service provider of emergency restoration and reconstruction services. Founded in 1985, the Company provides 24/7 response for water, fire and smoke, storm and wind, and mold-related damage, managing projects from initial mitigation through complete reconstruction.
Over more than four decades, DRS has built a strong reputation for responsive service, high-quality execution, and longstanding referral relationships throughout Western Pennsylvania. The Company employs more than 90 professionals, including in-house carpenters, painters, water-mitigation technicians, and other specialists.
