Confluence Advisors, LLC (“Confluence”) is pleased to announce the sale of Buckler Transport, Buckler Logistics and Buckler Distribution Center (“Buckler”) to Celadon Group (NYS: CGI). Confluence represented Buckler in the sale. Celadon will continue to operate Buckler under the Buckler name and the existing management team and employees will remain with Buckler.
Buckler operates approximately 100 trucks and a 150,000 square foot warehouse facility operation. It specializes in dedicated dry van, liquid and pneumatic tanker transportation services in addition to the warehouse.
